• Your name, business email address and company name
• Your phone number and preferred contact method, if you provide them
• The service you are interested in, and optionally your budget range and expected timeline
• Your project description and any information you include in it
• Your consent to be contacted, with the date and time it was given
• The page you submitted the form from and, where present, campaign parameters in the link you used to reach the site (for example utm_source) and the website that referred you (origin only)

When you apply for a role

• Your name, email address and optionally your phone number, portfolio or profile link and a cover note
• Your resume, if you upload one
• The position you applied for and your consent to processing

Technical information

• A pseudonymised (keyed hash) form of your IP address, used to prevent abuse such as spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your inquiry.
• Your browser's user-agent string
• Standard server logs (request path, status code, timing) used to keep the service secure and reliable. Search terms and form contents are not written to these logs.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If analytics are enabled on this website, we use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics events are configured so that names, email addresses, phone numbers and message contents are never sent. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How we use your information

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
